The Bible makes it very clear that God values the lives of the people He's created & hates the murder of innocent people. (Psalm 139:13, Psalm 127:3, Genesis 9:6, Proverbs 24:11-12, and many more).

Jesus, taught about God's law, revealing even deeper truth about the edict "You shall not murder" and others. He tells us He did not come to get rid of the law, but to keep it perfectly. (See Matthew 5:17-18, Mark 7:6-8, Matthew 5:21-22, many others). God knows what murder looks like; He knows deception, too, and will deal with those who deceive & kill. (Galatians 6:7-8)
